These layouts are CSS based and XHTML compliant. They come with a dwt file so can be edited in Microsoft Expression Web, Frontpage 2003 or Dreamweaver. You can alternatively use the HTML editor of your choice and ignore the dynamic template feature. The integrated shopping cart software is the same for all the Ecommerce Plus versions.
